Touring Company Dancers

  • Larissa Bischoff

    Director & COMPANY ARTISt

    Eugene, Oregon

At the age of 5 Larissa began dancing at Hosanna Dance Studio and studied ballet under Tiese Morgan, Nicole Elliot, and Jennifer Knight Dills. There she learned the art of dance with a heart of worship and began to understand the joy in using her gift of dance for Gods glory. It is her passion today to serve God as an instrument of praise. In Junior High she joined the Hosanna Dance performing group and shared the love of Jesus through dance in the community for 5 years. During that time she had the opportunity to perform in churches, schools, retirement homes, local events and on Hollywood Boulevard with Project Dance. After graduating, Larissa continued training with Eugene Ballet Academy and also attended Ballet Magnificat's! Summer Dance Intensive for two years. It was during this time that she realized that joining a ballet company focused on ministry was where she felt called. Larissa graduated Paradosi's Trainee Program in the Spring of 2013 before becoming a Company Apprentice for the 2013/2014 Season. Larissa was promoted to a full company member in the fall of 2014 and she is very excited to continue growing as a servant of God living by faith and dancing with a heart of praise!

  • Tabi Spurlin

    Company ARTIST & Trainee Director

    Albuquerque, New Mexico

Tabi sharing her testimony and worship solo Click to provide one time or ongoing Ministry Support for Tabi. Tabitha began dancing at the age of 4 at Miss Minnie’s School of Ballet in Roswell, New Mexico. She continued her training there and at En Pointe Dance Academy until moving to Albuquerque to attend the University of New Mexico. In addition to her studies at UNM, she trained and taught at the Hayden School of ballet and performed with Ballet Repertory Theatre. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Dance in 2010. Tabitha grew up in a Christian family and accepted the Lord as her Savior at an early age. When she was 5 she realized that she wanted to use her love of dance as a ministry after seeing Toymaker’s Dream. This calling was reaffirmed after participating in a YWAM dance workshop. Her studies at UNM, while focused on dance, also provided many opportunities to gain further understanding of the Bible as a whole and her desire to follow Jesus in obeying the concepts of the Law and the Prophets as summarized by Micah 6:8. Tabitha is so thankful and excited to have the opportunity to act in obedience to God’s calling with Paradosi where she hopes to act justly, love mercy and dance humbly.

About the Dancers

All of the members of Paradosi's Touring Company moved to Tacoma, Washington to volunteer their time and talents to be a part of this unique full-time ministry.  Each of the dancers has a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and they long to reach the lost for Him.

The dancers are all in the studio Monday through Friday for six hours per day taking part in devotions, ministry training, ballet classes, and rehearsing in addition to going out for programs throughout the week during the day, evenings, and weekends.  The dancers all support themselves by working part-time jobs to support their service through Paradosi with a few receiving direct financial support from their families, friends, and churches.

Please pray for the safety and provision for our Artists as they step out in faith boldly proclaiming the name of Jesus to the world!
