General Ministry Needs

Paradosi Ballet Company is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry. As a faith-based organization, Paradosi relies upon God working in the hearts of individuals to provide for the needs of the ministry.  Your gifts help to ensure that we can continue heading out to proclaim the hope, love, and beauty of Jesus to the world through the arts!

Each program where we share has expenses associated with the event.  These expenses not only include the direct costs of fuel, food, dance-clothing, and other incidentals but the ongoing expenses of rent, utilities, maintenance, and insurance for our studio.

At some programs, such as churches, we often receive a love offering from the sponsor that helps to cover some of our overhead but at most programs we often do not receive any honorariums.  Many assisted living facilities, rehab centers, homeless shelters, and schools do not have budgets for bringing in groups like ours.  We do not want resources to be a hinderance to our sharing with a community and your gifts help to ensure that when we are asked to share, we can go!

Thank you for prayerfully considering supporting the Gospel work of Paradosi through a gift that is meaningful to you. We cannot do what we are called to do for the Kingdom without your help.

Thank you!

“The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field.” Matthew 9:37-38

Global Evangelism

Mission Europe

Summer of 2023

We are making plans to return to Europe during the summer of 2023 to share the hope, love, and beauty of Jesus!  Our ministry partners are eager to have us return to join them in their Gospel work and we are ready to go!

Please prayerfully consider supporting the Gospel work of Paradosi through a gift to our Missions Fund.

Goal #1: $8,400 to purchase airline tickets

Goal #2: $12,600 by the end of April 2023 to cover ground transportation, housing, meals, ministry supplies, missions health and travel insurance, dance shoes, and incidentals

Total Fundraising Goal: $21,000

"Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? and who will go for us?" and I said, "Here I am. Send me!" Isaiah 6:8

Motorhome Fund

North America Ministry Tours

We have been praying about a motorhome for the ministry for several years and we are now fully pursuing this goal!

We want to go to where the people are and to the places where a ministry like ours may never otherwise have an opportunity to share the hope of Jesus through the arts.

A motorhome will serve as our base of operations while on the road opening up more of the country to us while reducing our travel time, meal expenses, and housing expenses.

Thank you for your prayerfully considering supporting this goal as we prepare for this next chapter in the life of the ministry!

We have set a goal of $35,000 to purchase a used lower mileage motorhome that can be retrofitted with sleeping bunks. Gifts donated in this fund are being held in a savings account until we reach our goal.

If you have a motorhome that you would like to donate to the ministry, we would love to put it to work!  As Paradosi is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we can provide you with a tax-receipt for the fair market value of the vehicle!

Ideally we are looking for a Class C motorhome with a cab-over sleeping area and a rear bed or bedroom that can be modified to accommodate bunks.  We are open to receiving other models and vehicles that can be flat towed behind an RV.

Do you own or manage a business and have similar values as ours?  If you are a business owner or manager and are interested in sponsoring the purchase of a motorhome for Paradosi, we are open to talking about possible sponsorship advertising opportunities.  Please contact us today to discuss your proposal.

Surrendered School of Dance Scholarship Fund

Ongoing Need

Surrendered School of Dance (SSD), is the dance school of Paradosi Ballet Company.  Our school was founded in 2009 with the goal of providing high-quality dance education in a Christ honoring environment.

As a dance school, we are different from other studios in that we go against the mainstream norm of the dance world by utilizing family friendly music, promoting modesty, self-worth, and inclusivity in a non-competitive yet professional atmosphere.

While we are a faith-based organization, our dance school is open to all in the community regardless of their beliefs and serves as a local outreach for Paradosi.

We want to bless as many children as possible in the communities where we teach and do not want financial resources to be a hinderance to any child who wants to take dance classes with us.  With this in mind, we currently offer needs-based financial aid, military tuition assistance, and financial assistance to children in the foster care system through Olive Crest.  This financial aid is often offered with no resources in the scholarship fund to offset the financial aid that we are giving.

We are looking for partners who want to come along side us in blessing the next generation for Jesus through the gift of dance.

"Start children off in the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it." Proverbs 22:6

Shoes & Costuming

Ongoing Need

There are many items in our costuming that we can use year after year without needing to replace; however, there are other dance items that need to be replaced every year and often several times per year.

Each dancer in the ministry will go through a minimum of 8 pairs of ballet flat shoes and 3 pairs of pointe shoes per season.  The average cost for articles of dance clothing that need to be replaced each season is $600 per dancer.

  • Ballet Flat Shoes: $25 / pair
  • Pointe Shoes: $90 - $150 / pair
  • Biker Shorts: $20 / pair
  • Undergarment Leotards: $25 each
  • Tights: $15 each

Please prayerfully consider supporting Paradosi's ongoing shoe and costuming needs.
